Join Chassis Technology as an agile release train leader in the exciting journey to develop the future Volvo group Vehicle Dynamics systems. This position offers you the challenge to facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value, in the form of advanced vehicle dynamics functions for the future. About the role The Vehicle Dynamics Agile release train has been up and running for almost one year with an acting Release Train Engineer, and now the time has come to make this position permanent. The role is part of the Vehicle Dynamics ART train management, and in this position you will be a servant leader and coach. Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement are key activites. The RTE also has an important role in the cooperation between ART, portfolio/large solution level, line organization and projects. So if you believe in the agile way of working, this position offers you the challenge to be the coordinating person in the center of the development, with the opportunity to be part of developing new vehicle dynamics systems for automated- and electromobility solutions and applications.
