• Academic degree in Finance and Business Administration or similar • At least 3 years’ experience from controller positions, or other high-level finance positions. Preferably from both accounting and controlling positions • Experience from driving change management or developing a function. Including changing the financial performance model • Experience from a larger group with complexity in legal entities and matrix structure. Success in this role requires a customer focused team player with solid financial skills as well as being a good communicator who instills trust. You are structured and have analytical skills combined with a high drive for results. Would you like to be a part of our Controller team and be a key player in driving our Sales and Operational planning forward? As a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager/Controller you will work cross functional to drive the S&OP monthly cycle process including improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for creating priced out S&OP unit plan into sales plan for our company. You will support the business planning process and lead quarterly S&OP updates to management. The work is done within close cooperation with Sales and Marketing team, Supply Chain Planners, Operations representatives as well as other Global S&OP coordinators. This is a temporary position due to a parental leave until April 2020. Responsibilities As a S&OP Manager you lead the monthly S&OP planning process and work on improving the process. You will support management objectives and help communicating and driving them through the S&OP forum. You will work with finance and management in the monthly forecasting process, using S&OP unit plan to convert into a sales and orders projection for our company that is anchored and agreed. In your other Controller task, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial follow up to the CFO, Business Area Management Team and Department Managers. Our Controller Team supports our business and departments within our Swedish site in Mölnlycke, Gothenburg. Together with the CFO and Manager Controller you will drive standardization in analyses and tools to improve efficiency within business control throughout our site. As a part of the Controller team you will work closely with the Group Accounting team who owns consolidation tool, where also forecasts are reported. You will report to the Manager Controller.
