About the position This is an opportunity to work in an HQ function in one of the most interesting and active regions in the Group. You will be responsible for developing appropriate recruiting strategies and managing the end-to-end talent processes. Your goal is to provide an excellent candidate experience, and to deliver on agreed recruiting targets ensuring that the right candidates are hired within a reasonable time. You will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our functions within HR as well as our line managers. You will ensure Talent Acquisition is providing added value in every part of the recruitment process. The role is based at FlexLink Global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, as part of one of the companies of Coesia. Being a corporate position, you will cover Talent Acquisition needs for all companies in the Nordic Cluster. Who are you? • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably competency-based • Bachelor degree within HR or similar is meritorious • Fluent in Swedish and English since you need to write in, and speak, both languages on a daily basis. • Ability to develop good working relations and with a solution-oriented approach • Ability to think creatively Join the team!
