VGRE Sweden Division is divided in four regions; Gothenburg, West, Middle, and North. Region Gothenburg manages and develops office and industrial properties for the Volvo Group companies in Gothenburg. VGRE seeks a new Facility Manager to Region Gothenburg As Facility Manager you will be located in Gothenburg and report to Manager Real Estate. You will be an important part of our team of Facility Managers responsible for the Volvo properties in Region Gothenburg. You will have regular contact with customers and suppliers. You will be responsible for supplier delivery follow-up and to co-ordinate facility management-services (cleaning, waste, office services, furniture etc) on a regular basis and in renovation projects. You will participate in or lead projects, make financial reviews and work actively and continually to develop the services. You have customer focus and a commercial mindset, are structured and socially skilled. You have experience from various industries; property or facility management, service management, purchasing and /or project management. Work description: Responsible for follow up of customer requests and supplier agreements. Co-operation with Property Managers, suppliers and customers in projects i.e renovations. Daily contact with customers to review current and future needs, to give advice and to propose solutions including cost estimates. Budgeting, financial review, evaluation of income & cost streams and service delivery. Actively involved in various networks with customers and colleagues. Actively drive continuous improvements and development of service portfolio.
