Educational Qualifications and experience Bachelor’s Degree in related field Minimum 5-10 year’s successful experience in a similar role Experience from change management communication is preferred Critical Competencies Ability to make company strategies and complex technologies simple to understand for all audiences within the organization Hands-on approach, capable of quickly switching between strategic thinking and operational work Courage to dare new things to excel previous results Excellent people and teamwork skills. The Volvo Penta team is now looking for a Culture Catalyst who will develop and deliver class- leading internal communication that facilitates buy-in, paints the big picture behind the “why,” drives employee engagement and helps lead the overall business transformation within the Volvo Penta organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Brand, Marketing and Communication, you will be part of the global Volvo Penta Communication Community and work in close cooperation with Volvo Group Corporate Communication and Business Areas in order to develop, deliver and evaluate efficient internal communications strategies, plans and tactics.
