Educational Qualifications and experience Bachelor’s Degree in related field or similar experience. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Media Relations, you will be part of the global Group Communications team and work in close cooperation with Business Areas in order to develop, deliver and evaluate efficient media relations, communications & PR plans and tactics. You understand the importance of measuring and follow-up media relation activities in order to provide metrics supporting us on the journey with continuous improvements. Key responsibilities Media relations: Create, execute and participate in media relation activities created by you and the Volvo Group Communication teams. Prepare spokespersons and/or at times be the Volvo Group media spokesperson, develop communication assets and follow up on activities. Coordination: Coordinate deliverables with Group Corporate Communication and Business Areas Communication teams. Monitoring: Keep abreast of developments in the PR field to improve the communication strategies, measuring the impact of media relation activities.
