Who you are You are social, flexible and like to interact with the team as well as external stakeholders including the customer You are a strong communicator and a doer with strong self-motivation and result oriented mindset You have a technical background and are well familiar with SW development You have experience in working in agile organization as a Scrum Master You are familiar with the SAFe framework and have preferably worked in an organization that has implemented SAFe WirelessCar The automotive industry is changing. The challenge Working at WirelessCar you will be part of a fast-phase, dynamic and ever-changing organization. We are looking for several engaged Scrum Masters of different experience level. We truly believe that a strong self-governed team is the success factor for agile development and the Scrum Master is an important role contributing to make that happen. What is the role about? You will be Scrum Master for 1-2 teams in one of our customer programs. As a Scrum Master, you enjoy being a servant leader and coach for the team. You will: Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality Build an open, honest and collaborative mindset within the team Support the teams development by giving feedback to team members Facilitating Scrum meetings and events as requested or needed Ensure effective work distribution within the team Help the development team to remove impediments to the team’s progress Ensure communication / collection / sharing of relevant information with stakeholders, team members, and partners in a systematic way Support the Product Owner in arranging the Product Backlog to maximize business value Contribute to capacity planning for the team Support Line Managers to identify competence development needs At more senior levels you will also mentor peers, hold trainings and support development of WirelessCar way of working.
