There is now an opportunity for you to join us in the Simulation and Testing team as a Noise and FEM (structural analysis) Analyst for systems and functions at the intersection between Powertrain and Vehicle. The team performs advanced simulation and testing together with component owners and system owners, with the aim to understand and enhance customer features. The team´s main goal is to sustain and strengthen our leading position on heavy duty trucks around the globe. Position Summary As Noise and FEM Analyst you will work as an expert in noise and FEM simulations. You will secure, maintain and develop the area with the end customer in focus. You will perform simulations in tight collaboration with our design engineering teams and help them with their noise/acoustic challenges. You perform research and method development in the NVH area and define requirements for mechanical designs. You will play an important role in the technology shift towards more environmentally-friendly trucks using electric drivetrains. Working in this position you will have the opportunity to participate in, or drive advanced technology development.
