Volvo Group International Graduate Program – Your springboard to a successful career The Volvo Group International Graduate Program will give you a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Volvo Group and to kick-start your career through international assignments, work in different parts of the organization, networking and professional and personal development. Upon completion of the program, you will continue your Volvo career in the department that you have been recruited to. Our program runs for 12 months and includes a combination of common and individual graduate activities and day-to-day work at the home company. It consists of learning activities in your home organization, project work and an international assignment. We are a global unit in the Volvo Group that lead the development of the Volvo Group’s connected solutions and supporting capabilities to further strengthen the Volvo Group position and competitiveness in the area. We work at the forefront of connectivity by collecting and analyzing telematics data from 800 000 Volvo assets. This way we can forecast the future and help customers succeed, while increasing the safety, quality and sustainability of Volvo Group products. Tasks would include: As a User Experience Designer you will be part of the user experience team and will have an important role in accelerating the user experience for digital services within Connected Solutions and towards our customers. There will be a great possibility for you to take an active part in driving the way forward, and be a part of the change of working for user experience as a whole.
