Requirements This position suits you who thrive in an international environment with a specific interest in the business aspect of product management and engineering. You have an M.Sc. Degree within Engineering and this is probably your first job after graduation, or you have up to one year of experience. Our business environment is highly international meaning you need to be fluent in both English and Swedish, written and spoken. Success in this role requires a team player with social skills and great internal and external customer focus. You are structured and have analytical and technical competence combined with a drive for results. As a New Grad Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of product and business development activities, such as monitoring competitors, taking part in strategic product roadmaps, identifying new product and business opportunities and support the development of our products. You will be part of a team that provides Emerson sales offices and end-users with suitable sales materials and products. In the interaction with this international Emerson sales channel and end-users, you will gather information that provides vital input to the development of our existing and future products. In this role you will also ensure that our routines comply with Emerson's ethical, trade compliance and other legal requirements. You will have the opportunity to build a broad network and work closely with internal functions and with Emerson's organization worldwide.
