About this role

Personal Profile The ideal candidate for this position has Customer Service experience and strong business acumen. Furthermore you are solution oriented and comfortable in driving change in a multifaceted global organization with a pragmatic focus on delivering results. To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong personal drive to find solutions, interest in developing organizations, excellent understanding of the way the organization works and the market where it operates. Your ability to contribute proactively by identifying and proposing improvement initiatives will be highly appreciated and is an important skill for this position. Job requirements • University degree from technical and/or logistic studies and/or relevant equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of experience from customer service and/or sales • Knowledge of international trade, including understanding of regulations, goods, and financial flow is highly meritorious • Hands-on experience of managing ERP solutions (primarily Movex) • Experience from improving business processes • Willingness to travel • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Spanish and Swedish is meritorious This position is expected to take the overall responsibility for business towards Spain. In an initial phase this will require hands on order bookings and configurations in parallel with business development for Spain and other target countries. We need you who thrive finding new ways of working when our organization changes and set up new processes for how we handle our business with Spain. You see yourself enjoying strategy development and implementation in collaboration with SMT Export unit, identifying strategical partners and establish customer relations. The daily work includes • Supporting the sales process with quotation and order handling • Product configuration and answering questions about our products • To proactively follow up on customer order book and forecasting • Logistics planning and booking of goods flow • Secure compliance with local regulations As a member of a small team, the position holds many opportunities to develop the future role. It also requires team work and flexibility to take on new tasks and the ability to prioritize work based on the need of the team.
