As a subject matter expert at Volvo Penta you will work close together with the Service Owner for Uptime Services and together with other SMEs. You will be the appointed expert within the Global Aftermarket organization for creating new value around diagnostics. You should be up to date on the market and competitors’ situation, and take the lead in creating value propositions and new services within diagnostics for Volvo Penta. What you will do: Be the expert person within remote diagnostics where you will act as a link towards internal and external stakeholders in order to maximize business value obtained from the Services Offering Specify and prioritize requirements for the development of new services Approve the suggested improvements to the services component or when applicable drive the approval via the appropriate governance fora Follow up that changes are carried out according to plan Through communication and training deliver and launch services to our business regions To sum up: At Volvo Penta we do believe in the power of curiosity and creativity.
