Educational and Preferred Experience and Knowledge Technical background in the manufacturing and/or IT area Working knowledge of digital tools for manufacturing Experience and knowledge from working in development projects Good communication and networking skills Able to demonstrate successful international experience within a global network Proficiency in English Experience from working with public funding Project management experience is considered as a merit Knowledge of product development processes is considered as a merit The Research & Development Engineer, Operations Technology Development are responsible for driving and securing technology development projects in the frame of smart manufacturing for Group Trucks Operations and provide expertise to the global organization. You will be part of the Research & Technology Development team and report to the Director Research & Technology Development. Mission and purpose of the Job Ensure delivery of technology development projects within in the responsibility area and foster knowledge transfer through internal and external networks Ensure awareness of major technology trends and shifts and create understanding of how it will impact Operations.
