Wanted profile We are looking for a profile with a solid professional and dynamic breakthrough experience, that can drive the Strategy Priorities Unit plan for Commercial Solutions and contribute in driving cross activities and projects that impact the Commercial solutions unit. Required competencies Leadership and inclusive vision and mindset Broad generalist with analytical skills and ability to structure the given areas. Good knowledge of the commercial domain and IT delivery practices. Able to demonstrate similar experiences in strategy management or relevant successful experience (business, stakeholders management, plan…), with a minimum of 5 years of successful functional leading experience Able to collaborate cross-functionally, build trust and develop an effective working relationship with people at all level of the organization. Business Office The Business Office is a cross-functional team of high potential broad profiles that contributes to realizing the objectives of the Commercial Solutions by securing excellence in our deliveries towards the truck brands and Volvo Financial Services, developing and driving strategies for efficiency and growth towards sustainable solutions. Therefore, in close cooperation with and under the direction of the management team of Commercial solutions, we manage/lead planning and follow-up on key delivery activities as well as we facilitate cooperation across Group IT units and coordinate initiatives implementation.
