Volvo Financial Services (VFS) EMEA is seeking to recruit a young professional that will take the position as a Business Developer VFS EMEA. As Business developer you will be responsible to drive defined Business Development projects from analysis to implementation within VFS EMEA. You play an important role in the projects in the analysis phase, as well as actively contribute to the final recommendations and presentation of key findings to senior corporate leadership. You will also be involved in the roll out of certain products/processes throughout EMEA. Furthermore you will be involved in supporting the Director Strategic Planning in preparations for the strategic workshops, development of VFS EMEA Execution Plan and in the follow up on the VFS EMEA strategic opportunities. This also includes follow up on our common strategic priority areas with our BA partners. You will report to the VP Strategy & Business Development and will work closely with the Executive Management team as well as the President VFS EMEA. The role is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Main activities and responsibilities Translation of stated business needs into project objectives and development of the project approach to achieve those objectives Definition and development of project deliverables in an agreed time frame and to a consistently high quality Development of project methodologies and supporting tools Establishment of stakeholder relationships and maintenance of communication channels with stakeholders VFS EMEA execution plan follow up and support in developing of the yearly execution plan Drive and follow up on the roll out of certain defined projects/products This position will require some travelling.
