THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES Within the Uptime department we have the responsibility to maximize uptime for all Volvo Trucks customers by the development of aftermarket offers, solutions and tools. Always with the focus to increase customer satisfaction. Key to our customers' success is keeping their commitments and continuously increasing efficiency and lowering operational cost. ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Data Scientist you will have the opportunity to turn available data from different sources into insights and business opportunities as well as supporting headquarter, sales areas and markets with various analyses and reports to improve aftermarket business performance. Your projects will vary from short explorations to deeper and longer-term analyses. Analyze existing service related data to generate insights Solve challenging analytical problems working with large and complex data sets and applying analytical methods including machine learning and statistical approaches Develop analyze methods, new and existing sources of information and presentation methods Perform various analyses, reports and follow-up of service offerings and aftermarket business Interact cross-functionally with various teams and organizations to identify opportunities and secure continuous improvements ARE WE THE PERFECT MATCH?
