Key Skills Required • Working experience in Scrum Master roles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must). • Demonstrated exceptional critical thinking, strategic planning, and process management skills. • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment • Ability to inspire, motivate and train teams and individuals to use new processes and adapt • Experienced in IT projects Responsibilities: • Drive change in favour of implementing an agile mind-set where teams use Scrum and scale with help of SAFe • Work with scrum teams with an improvement backlog to identify, track, prioritize, escalate and solve impediments within Agile Release Train • Attend various team ceremonies like the IP Plannings, daily stand-up, iteration planning, demo and retrospective to stay current with practical challenges and opportunities as well as identifying systematic impediments • Guide scrum team to improve the way of working and help them become a self-organizing group. • Facilitate positive relationship and effective interactions within the team, and with other stakeholders. • Identify the impediments (missing skills, external disturbances, unclear scope etc.) and help remove them. • Track and effectively communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all stakeholders.
