Function: Customer Team Door Systems Gothenburg Position: Industrial Engineer Job Specifications - In coordination with project requirements, responsible for new projects from concept through to the production process, including following the environmental and health and safety policies and continuous improvement. - Development and improvement of assembly processes and tooling including all stages of project through to serial production. - Industrialization of machines equipment, study and calculation of times of the different operations from the process - Calculations and preparation of offers for assembly concepts for new acquisitions. - Pre-production planning in the customer team for all products in the life cycle in close cooperation with Central pre-production and factory personnel. Planning of assembly lines, tool and fixtures including the slection and development of new suppliers for equipment. Qualifications: - Work experience with focus on production technology in automobile/ supplier industry - University degree / at least 2 years professional experience in engineering field, 1 year in production - Technical and administrative skills - Methods eg. FMEA, DFA knowledge, MTM, SAP, Poka-Yoke, Project management, PC-Office etc. - Communicative and persuasive negotiation strengths, ability to work in team, creative, adaptive - Language skills: fluently written and oral in English and Swedish
