Several cutting edge products have been developed and launched by us during the years and now we are set to continue that tradition, to always challenge status quo with new features and new products that helps our customer meet their goals. We have the global responsibility within Volvo to supply trucks and buses with world class transmissions. Our team within transmission department is called Concept and Simulation. We lead projects, work with new concept and take active part in developing new solutions and refine our products using where virtual verification plays a key role. The team is responsible for the mechanical calculations for the Drivelines and Hybrids department. This includes: •Judge the appropriate analysis level as well as plan, perform and report technical analysis •Act as speaking partner for project leaders and design engineers and recommend design improvements •Take part in our method development •Participate in the design and verification planning for our systems and components I’m looking for your application.
