WHO ARE YOU? We are now looking for you with documented experience from working in the field of human factors preferably within the automotive industry. We believe that you have an innovative mindset and want to be part of the ongoing transformation of the automotive business. To succeed in this position you are good at building relations and collaborate with colleagues. You also possess the following skills: Strong interest and profound knowledge in user need driven development and interaction design Good understanding of experimental design and statistics Ability to compute various metrics derived from different data sources in Matlab or equivalent programs Technical understanding of our products and preferably product development experience Proficient in design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge in programming mobile or desktop prototypes in tools such as QT Confident working in an agile team Fluent in English, written and spoken M.Sc. In Cognitive Science/Interaction design or similar Truck-driving license is a merit Are you passionate about human factors, interaction design and usability? THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES The Human Behaviour & Perception group consists of 9 colleagues with complementary skills within the human factors area. You will be part of this multi-disciplinary team working with end-users in defining human factors requirements, building low and high fidelity prototypes (e.g. desktop, mockups in VR, driving simulators and real trucks), setting up and analyzing data from studies involving both in-house experts as well as customers, truck drivers and operators depending on the use case.
