The challenge as an Aftermarket project manager: Volvo Penta is in the process of adapting to technologies such as Electromobility and Vehicle Automation, this transformation will change how we work with development pushing more agile work streams. In these projects as the aftermarket Project Manager you will drive the aftermarket deliveries and lead your project team from project initiation to the end of the project. Your responsibilities are to obtain the necessary project requirements and resources from the line organization and to identify, plan and secure aftermarket activities to meet agreed project objectives. This calls for cross-functional craftsmanship with a strong aftermarket and customer experience focus. You will belong to the Aftermarket Project Office and in the projects have a key role in the core project management team.
