We are now looking for a Commissioning Manager belonging to our Gothenburg team. As a Commissioning Manager your tasks includes: - Commissioning and start-up of delivered process equipment - Managing own employees, consultants and customer´s staff in start-up activities - Process studies and audits at the mills - Performing service tasks and trouble shootings - Working as a technical sales support - Delivering the feedback from the mills to our organization - Giving presentations and training to client’s personnel Who are you? To be a successful Commissioning Manager we see that you have long and practical experience from plant operations and commissioning work in the process industry. Although it’s an advantage if you have knowledge from the Pulp and Paper industry it’s not a must. You contribute with your strong process knowledge and we appreciate your enthusiasm to participate in development projects and optimize the process equipment. With your good communication and interpersonal skills, you are able to build and keep up good relationships both external and internal clients. You also have the will and skill to work effectively with our customers also in demanding and stressful situations. We see that you have a relevant educational background for example within chemical or mechanical engineering or in Pulp and Paper Technology. Good command of both Swedish and English language is essential in this position. Our customers are all over the world and travelling is a natural part of the work as Commissioning manager, also for longer periods of time. Maybe you are a process operator in a supervisory role today and is ready to take the next step with greater overall responsibility and with a lot of customer contacts?
