Key Qualifications: Education: Minimum MSc level in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Min years of experience: 5 Domain experience: Experience in Microwave and Millimeterwave radio design., Experience in Microwave and Millimeterwave test instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, power meter and etc. Experience in CAD tools, such as Cadence Allegro. Experience RF/MW/mmW simulation tools, such as ADS, AWR and HFSS. Scripting for test automation with MatLab, Python or similar is a merit Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge using agile methologies such as SCRUM or Kanban Business understanding Working with people and networking Innovating, adapting and responding to change Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Planning and Organizing Have an interest to grow as a leader Job Summary: We are looking for a developer in the Microwave and Millimeter wave technology area for Ericsson world-leading Microwave Radio products. Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, radio system design, radio architecture design, hardware design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. Responsibilities and Tasks: You will drive strategic technical leadership within the microwave radio product area. Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
