The result of this will now go into maintenance mode and we are now looking for a person that can continue to drive and guard the mindset change and handling of personal data that now has started. This is us, your new colleague We are a small and tight team working with the implementation of GDPR at Volvo Group Trucks. Role description You will be leading the Data Privacy Function and the function will perform the following tasks: Drive change management and follow-up that all steps regarding data privacy in Volvo Group Project Management Tools, such as e.g. Process & IT Project Handbook and DVP Handbook (as applicable in Group Trucks Technology are incorporated and managed Drive awareness around GDPR such as informing and advising Group Trucks Technology and its employees of the obligations of the GDPR and other data protection laws Drive the work around “Privacy by Design" Support the Data Protection Officer for Volvo Group and managing the process of data subject rights requests with guidance from the Volvo Group Data Protection Officer as well as contribute in the network of all DPRs at Volvo Group Participate in internal data protection-related audits as delegated or assigned by the Volvo Group Data Protection Officer and/or Volvo Group Corporate Audit Support the Volvo Group procedures put in place to manage violations of data security, including assisting the Volvo Group Data Protection Officer where requested in assessing the risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subjects and procedures to notify supervisory authorities and the data subjects For more information, please contact: Call Group Manager, Sofia Skoglund for additional questions, 0765534054!
