Knauf Insulation is delighted to recruit a Marketing Assistant for Scandinavia; this is an exciting role with potential development. Working closely with our regional marketing team based in the UK, the Marketing Assistant for Scandinavia will be responsible for implementing the marketing plan and activities for the Scandinavian markets. •Relevant education in Marketing. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage. •Enjoy working “hands on” and within an international environment where the focus is on increasing sales. •You have a strong drive and are a ”doer”. You have great interpersonal skills and are able to build good external and internal relationships based on trust. •You are structured and have the ability to plan. You can handle multiple projects at the same time and work to deadlines. You enjoy working independently and are able to take initiatives. •You have experience in working with websites and social media channels. •You are creative with excellent presentation skills, high quality standards and attention to detail skills. •You are proficient in using the Microsoft Office package. Any knowledge of additional software package (Indesign, Photoshop…) will be an advantage. •You have got excellent levels of written and spoken Swedish and English - you will have daily contact with your colleagues in Scandinavia and the UK. The position will require regular travel to the UK and within Scandinavia. As the Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with the sales organisation in Scandinavia and together with the marketing team in the UK to develop our market position in Scandinavia. You will be responsible for implementing the marketing plan and activities across all channels of communication. You will also work with our local marketing agency to develop and deliver the various campaigns. In this role, you will report to the General Manager (based in Sweden) of the Nordics and the Marketing Director of Knauf Insulation Northern Europe (based in the UK).
