About MFEX MFEX – Mutual Funds Exchange is a Swedish fintech company who is the leading actor and a well-established player within fund distribution in over 30 countries. With seven offices around the world, MFEX international expansion is just getting started and that’s why we’re looking to add new team members to our newly created Luxembourg office. About the role Right now we’re looking for a Java full stack developer. You will have a big responsibility in participating in a transfer of technology and knowledge migration project which will end up with a running small IT team which will own, develop and support a large trading B2B platform. You will work closely with other developers, QA and system analysts to serve the operations of a back office team based in Kuala Lumpur. You would become a technical leader that should be able to provide the organization with system insights and solutions to serve the business strategy. Who we’re looking for We are looking for a passionate developer who has a great interest in learning, collaborating, and guiding the team from the technical expertise. You see beyond the coding to accomplish what is best for the business and product itself. We believe you have an analytical and creative approach to always reach the best solution to any unfolding problem. You are a true team player who thinks that the best results often comes through great co-operation with your team members. You also probably have: Strong knowledge in JAVA and SPRING for Enterprise systems. Knowledge and experience in the financial domain. Experience building REST APIs Experience with Oracle, SQL and relational databases.
