This position is located at our headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden and reports directly to the Director Quality Assurance. About the position As Manager Quality Assurance you are responsible for the Quality Control Team within Strategic Business Unit, Implants. You will get the opportunity to work in an international environment with enthusiastic people that continuously develop our business while ensuring that we are in line with our Quality Strategy and meet new demanding requirements. Your key accountabilities are: • Quality control, secure incoming inspection, in-process and final release • Ensure that process are compliant and efficient • Provide support to manufacturing of standard and custom made products • Actively work to improve the processes linked to Quality Control area • Participate in Audits performed by external parties • Management of the budget for the team • Participate in product development project and other improvement projects • Responsible for the calibration process in Mölndal • Manage Non-Conformities and CAPAs • Review of validation documentation and secure compliance • Lead and develop your team Dentsply Sirona is the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, with a 130-year history of innovation and service to the dental industry and patients worldwide.
