We continuously improve the effectiveness of the sales activities. Commercialization and Sales Support, within Volvo Trucks Product and Vehicle Sales are responsible to drive planning and preparation of new offer introductions. The department should secure optimized offering, pricing, information and sales argumentation. We coordinate with Marketing, Competence Development and Sales Areas to reach successful commercialization of new offers. The department also has the task to support the market with offer questions of current products, to develop price management process, sales support information and sales tools. Product Information, within Commercialization and Sales Support drives the commercialization process in implementing new offers and support the existing Volvo Trucks offer. One key task is to further develop the central sales support material provided to the market and dealer sales organizations. Content & Communication Manager The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and reports to Director Product Information. Main activities and responsibilities: As a Content & Communication Manager, you have a big part in building the Volvo premium brand positioning. You will provide the sales force with deciding factors in the meeting with the customer where valuable features and benefits support increased sales.
