About us FPT Software Sverige AB is the Swedish subsidiary of FPT Software, a global technology company with over 90 offices across 30 countries. We deliver IT outsourcing, software development, and digital transformation services to clients across industries including automotive, healthcare, and manufacturing. The role We are looking for a driven Account Manager / Sales Representative to join our team in Gothenburg. You will be responsible for growing our client base and managing relationships with B2B customers who need IT outsourcing and software services in Sweden and the Nordic market. What you will do Identify and reach out to new business clients with needs in IT outsourcing and software development. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts. Present and propose IT service solutions that match client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company guidelines. Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress. What we are looking for A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or account management. Background in IT services or the software industry is a plus. Strong communication skills in English. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships.
