For our client we are looking for a IT/Tech Recruiter The Company is already operating in 18 markets and we plan to keep expanding. We serve 60 million consumers, work with 70 000 merchants and process more than a million transactions a day. We have some pretty heavy-weight investors. As we rapidly expand our teams here in Stockholm, our talent acquisition team is looking to hire an additional Recruiter to own the entire recruitment process with a focus on engineering. This is a position with a high degree of autonomy and variety. You’ll play a key role in helping shape the organisation's future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people to the company. Depending on your preference and the needs, you’ll be recruiting for Engineering, Analytics, or Data Science, helping to drive the entire process; from sourcing and screening to closing top talent and working together with hiring managers to refine processes. You’ll get to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for; attending stand-ups, running sourcing sessions and coming up with new ideas for attracting talent.
