We support the organization to accomplish its objectives by taking a systematic a disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of control structure, risk- and governance processes. As a line function, we belong to Group Finance, and we maintain in-house sourcing processes to ensure delivery to Sandvik’s annual audit plans in an effective manner. We are now looking for someone to take on the role as Team Leader – someone who finds great inspiration in this high-profile opportunity with the whole international world of Sandvik as your working field. The location for this position is Stockholm, and extensive international travel is a natural part of your job. Your mission – Ensure high-quality audits and coach your team to success In this position, you are responsible for the overall execution of your individual audit assignments, and for working in compliance with audit methodology’s time lines – ensuring that audit reports are completed with high quality prior to the exit meetings. As Team Leader, you lead and coach other auditors in your team to ensure the work is completed in compliance with the methodology, and you support new colleagues with both guidance and knowledge for them to grow. You are also our main contact person for the management at local entities and other key stakeholders related to the audit assignments, and you ensure close cooperation and an effective partnership with Data Analytics. When requested, you also assist Audit Management in specific tasks, and you work proactively to provide input for improving internal processes within your function. Driving change within data analytics and enhance the department’s knowledge of future technology such as robotics is also an important part of your position. Your character – A motivating team leader with strong business acumen We are looking for someone with a BSc within a relevant field, or equal knowledge gained from work experience. Your background includes working in an international team environment and experience from successfully leading and motivating teams. You have previous knowledge of process flows, risk and control principles, are excellent at Microsoft Excel and experienced in the most common ERP systems. Furthermore, you understand the principles and application of good corporate governance and business processes and operational risk. You are also able to translate analysis into risk exposure judgements. As we operate in internationally, you have excellent skills in English and one additional language, both verbally and in writing. Your personal qualities fascinate us, and how you successfully deal with complex and challenging situations. With strong business insight, you easily grasp organizational structures, governance, processes and systems – a key characteristic to fully understand the overall flow and dynamics in our business and enable valuable audit reports. You also find it easy to translate analytical results and can present the of the outcome in a clear way. As a strong communicator with international experience and cultural awareness, you build strong relationships with stakeholders across borders.
