About this role
I want you to have experience of milking cows and taking care of cows. You are a happy person that likes to work with other people and you are easy to work with. You have easy to learn and you respect both your boss and your other work mates. You job will mostly consist of milking cows, feeding cows and calfs. Summertime it's a lot of job with fence and sometimes you'll get other chores, a little bit depending of your skills. We have about 170 ecological milking cows in a free stall. We milk them in a 24 places carousel from De Laval. We'll start to milk all the cows 3 times/day and thats why we need to hire one more person. We try to make this place a good workplace that you want to stay for a long time and then it's important that we all respect other people and treat them well. You will be working with 2 other people in the cowshed, sometimes alone and sometimes together. Somedays you are milking cows, somedays you'll be feeding cows and calfs, cleaning and taking care of heifers.
