QualificationsYou must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is one year of experience at the GS-14 level, or equivalent, which is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and has equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position successfully. Specialized experience is defined as follows: - Providing assistance to program officials on customer experience initiatives and projects.; AND - Preparing and presenting oral and written presentations of findings to internal and external stakeholders.; AND - Analyzing and evaluating procedures to assess the effectiveness of current processes and making recommendations for improvement.; AND - Ensuring compliance with regulations (EX: A-11 Section 280). The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resume. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-15 you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.

As a Program Analyst, you will: Analyze and evaluate on a quantitative/qualitative basis, the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Evaluate and advise on organization's programs and activities. Develop, analyze, and evaluate new or modified program/management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives. Ensure that programs, policies and activities support and contribute to the mission of the organization.RequirementsCandidates will be selected for a job assigned to one of the official duty stations listed in this announcement. Failure to report to duty at the location for which the candidate is selected may be grounds for a disciplinary action, including removal. Key Requirements: Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. National. A probationary or trial period may be required.
