On behalf of our customer, CarpetVista, we are looking for a French- and Dutch speaking star to join their customer service support in Limhamn, Malmö! To fit in here, you should be as serviceminded, prestigeless, responsible and ambitious as your prospective colleagues. We want a person who has at least a few years of experience from a support function. You are efficient, self-propelled and of course fluent in French, Dutch and English, in speech and writing (applies to all three languages). It is of great advantage if you know Swedish. We want a person who has at least a few years of experience from a support function. You are efficient and a natural problem solver and service mindness comes naturally to you. You are of course fluent in French, Dutch and English, in speech and writing (applies to all three languages) and if you in addition know Swedish, it is a great advantage You are ready to give your customers the best service possible even in stressful situations. You are a self-driven and always keen to live up to your promises. As a person, we believe you are responsible, and pay great attention in delivering what you promised.
