Since we have a decentralized business model, Tube IT is working closely with the business with the goal of providing the support needed to continue the development. We are now looking for an Enterprise Integration Architect. Job Summary As Enterprise Integration Architect you are on a strategic and tactical level responsible for: • Driving the design and development of new standardized connection points for key business information objects • Responsible for the architecture of SMT Enterprise Information Highway • Identifying and describe SMT´s need for integration capabilities (short, mid and long term) and communicate to key stakeholders. • Setting and communicating principles and high-level guidance for integration design and development • Monitoring new technical integration capabilities and explain them for stakeholders at SMT • Prepare SMT Integration Vision and Strategy for decision in SMT’s IT Management Team Also, on an operational level you • Act as repository owner for SMT Schema Repository • Act as schema owner together with SMT´s Information Architect if no Information Owner exists • Represent SMT in Sandvik’s integration network (under development), and give feedback to SMT CIO Office • Create and update schemas (from agreed information models) • Participate actively in projects or other IT deliveries in the area of expertise Your profile We are looking for someone with at least a Bachelor’s degree in IT, or equivalent knowledge obtained from previous work. You have a comprehensive background from IT, and Integrations Architecture, combined with experience from customer interaction and stakeholder management. Previous work as project leader is advantageous, and you are familiar with operating in global, matrix organizations. As we interact worldwide, your communication skills in English are great, both in speaking and in writing. We are sincerely interested in your personality and your passion is of great importance to us, especially your analytical and strategic attitude and your ability to proactively plan your assignments. With strong business orientation and focus on customer service, you prioritize and balance requirements. You are a passionate networker, building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with all our stakeholders, both internally and externally, using your profound communication skills. A vital aspect of this role is the ability to understand business/operation needs, and translate those into integration solutions.
