What You'll Do
Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Perform system startups, testing, commissioning, and quality checks Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Train and mentor Install Helpers and Install Seconds Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
What We're Looking For
Residential HVAC installation experience Previous Lead Installer experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and local codes Leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
