To strengthen the delivery, our Solution Lead department is now looking for an IT Solution Lead for Logistics, to take a central role in securing proper selection of solutions and design. The mission is to ensure sustainable and agile solutions to enable current processes and future business change. In this position, you have the flexibility to be based at any of our offices in Sweden (Svedala, Sandviken, Stockholm), Finland (Tampere, Turku, Lahti) or Dublin, Ireland. Your mission – Designing state-of-the-art solutions to drive business development As an IT Solution Lead for Logistics, you manage the change process to ensure efficiency and alignment with business requirements and customer expectations in terms of quality and time to market. You quickly identify and understand the current IT systems’ scope which includes: • Supporting the IT demand process. • Identifying opportunities for solution improvements. • Developing and executing a strategy for solution and integration. • Responsibility for designing and building fit-for-purpose IT solutions that meet business area Logistics needs, in alignment with the target architecture within the IT landscape. Other important parts of your job are: • Supporting projects and suppliers to ensure the right solution designs. • Managing and following design standards. • Managing IT and Logistics application changes. Furthermore, you ensure accuracy of cost and time estimates and you engage in IT collaborations across business areas and Group IT to identify synergies and maintain the value of IT. Your character – A solution expert with the ability to inspire We are looking for someone with a degree in IT, or equivalent experience within a relevant function, and at least five years’ experience from solution architecture, solution development and/or design and from business strategy development and its impact on IT. Since we act on a global stage, you are fluent in both written and verbal English. Other skills and experiences: • Solid knowledge of Logistics. • Warehouse Management Systems. • Transportation Management Systems. • Understanding of other business processes such as sourcing, production, sales or supply chain. • Up-to-date with new trends and technologies to improve and challenge the status quo.
