Who you are: • You love working in a small team and interact well with other people in a positive, low-ego and collaborative environment • You enjoy exploring technical problem solving in creative ways and understand responsible experimentation • You are truly passionate about creating clean code and have a solid foundation on developing scalable cloud backend software • You are comfortable with applying machine learning in a telecommunication environment and have at least one proof point in this respect beyond university class projects You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent discipline, or the equivalent level of knowledge. We assume that you can speak and write in fluent English. We are hiring software developers that are enthusiastic about data and cloud backend systems to focus on building the next-generation data-driven operations platform for telecom infrastructure by contributing to a leading global open source project which is part of the Linux Foundation. The telecommunications field is transitioning towards virtualized platforms and Ericsson is leading this transformation. Several positions are available, at different levels of expertise. Right now, new graduates will be considered only in case they have relevant experience in a commercial telecommunication or web-scale software company.
