We are looking for a Product Manager/Customer Experience Manager to play a key role in building our ecosystem experience for our players. As a Product manager for our Customer Experience (CXM) you will be at the heart of our player services and direct distribution teams. Some people would call this role Product Owner, Producer or Customer Experience/Service Manager. We build the services inviting the player’s to stay with us when leaving the games, therefore we talk about Customer Experience Management (CXM). You will be the Product Manager for a number of touchpoints (websites, apps, services) driving retention and revenue by providing a great experience. Working closely with the game teams we invest in adding new experience with every release we make. You will have your own team, required to deliver on time and to quality. In other words you would own: The vision of your services and apps The backlogs and release schedule of your services Defining and staff the competency and resources needed to deliver on your vision Facilitating and managing communication of features and advocating for what’s best for the player Work together with project managers, data scientists, developers, partners and other stakeholders on a daily basis Identifying bottlenecks and risks proactively based on the information at hand Reporting and budget follow up according to established company processes Paradox Interactive is a leading global publisher of PC-based strategy games.
