The Position We are looking for a project manager who will join our technology and innovation team and be responsible for the overall technical delivery and timing of assigned projects. This includes working with scope, time plan and risk management etc. Many projects will include development of mechanic, hardware and/or software for our radio remote controls. An important task is to secure common understanding with stakeholders and you should constantly follow up the plan and deliveries. The position is located at Tele Radios HQ in Askim, Gothenburg. Requirements We are looking for a person with: - Technical background - Experience in project management - Leadership and team building skills - Result oriented and manage to deliver what is expected - The ability to plan, organize and prioritize - The ability to work independently, who is self-driven and have the ability to take own responsibility and initiatives - MS Office and/or Libre Office - Fluent English language, both written and verbal Desirable attributes: - Swedish language - Redmine or similar project management tool - Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent - Basic understanding of mechanic, hardware and software development - Experience of an international project organization - A passion for technology Why Tele Radio? - Interesting products means interesting problems that need solving and challenging projects to work on. - The opportunity to grow by challenging assignments. - Our organizational structure is flat which allows the ability to influence in your work. - We are growing so come and grow with us!
