About this role
Technical degree as engineer / industrial engineer (preferred to have a special focus on hydraulics) Experience in purchasing department or engineering department Structured and analytical way of working Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions. Results oriented and pro-active attitude. Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to travel Drive supplier sourcing strategy and prepare supplier awarding for new parts, ensure the project schedule in respect to part deliveries Lead technical discussions with suppliers and engineering. Organize technical supplier workshops and supplier visits Initiate preventative quality in development phase Focus on target costing, identify cost improvement ideas with suppliers Involve in Innovation Feasibility Projects Do you want beneficial technologies being shaped by your ideas?
