High Voltage Products is a business unit within ABB’s Power Grids division. The unit, with bases in Ludvika and Landskrona, has worldwide market responsibility for the development and production of high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems. The product portfolio includes surge arresters, instrument transformers, capacitors and cooling systems. All these products contribute to grid reliability where customer benefits and the environment are a key focus. Tasks: Your main mission will be to lead our order and orderdesign team within the business unit by defining priorities and by providing guidance. You will take lead and support the team in the communication and cooperation with other functions and customers as well as drive your team’s performance to ensure that safety, integrity, financial and contractual requirements are met. In addition, you initiate and drive continuous improvement activities across teams. You will have the opportunity to streamline and develop our handling of orders, both by ensuring the continuous development of your co-workers and our processes. Orders, backlog and invoicing as well as coordinating tasks amongst your team will be another part of your responsibility. Requirements: To be successful in this position, you are a firm and fair leader with technical interest and continuous improvement mindset. In addition, you have previous project management experience from production industry. Your leadership should be characterized by solution and quality orientation, facilitation of collaboration, and the willingness to build a successful team. Furthermore, as a person you are result focused, open-minded, and know how to handle problems. As you will work both locally and in an international environment, excellent knowledge in Swedish and English is required. We expect you to have working knowledge of LEAN manufacturing hope that you have previously managed the implementation of LEAN principles and concepts.
