Self-motivated with a positive enthusiastic attitude and very delivery oriented with an ability to lead and motivate others. Good understanding of the technical environment in a brewery. Able to communicate in English. Preferably 5 years experience as a brewer, including a leading role for 2 years. Experience of predictive and preventative maintenance methodologies would be an asset We are looking for someone to help us to lead, manage and develop the production capability of the Brewery. On a day to day basis this role manages the activities of the Production Team and the Production operations. West Coast Bryggeri, trading as West Coast Beersmiths or Beersmiths, have been producing high quality craft beers since the end of 2015. We mainly sell to the Gothenburg and Swedish market but have recently started exporting. We also produce for the contract brewing market both to ghost breweries and other outlets. The vision of West Coast is to be seen as a leader in the Swedish Craft Brewing industry making high quality beers in a wide range of styles that consumers can enjoy ‘at that moment’. We also want to be constantly learning and having fun.
