We are now looking for a new member to our Central M&A team. In this role, you will be assigned tasks to support both our M&A and Integration efforts. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor or MSc in Business Administration or Engineering. You have a strategic mindset Curious to learn You have Financial analysis skills Financial model and business knowledge Networking skills You have social, presentation and communicating skills Responsible for formulating strategies and concepts Job Responsibilities: Financial, strategic and synergy analysis for selected acquisitions Coordination of Due Diligence activities and overall transaction and process support Close collaboration with relevant colleagues across Ericsson Support with integration design Start up and coordination of multiple roles in the Integration Management Office (tasks include integration project planning and execution, coordination of work streams and driving of integration activities, preparation of project documentation and progress reporting, liaison with relevant BAs and MAs) Why is Ericsson a great place to work?
