You are a Quality Engineer working with forward model quality, focusing on preventive safety. Typical tasks: - Facilitate FMEAs with design teams - Supporting teams finding and using other relevant quality assurance methods from the toolbox of Design for Six Sigma - Moderate formal inspections of requirements on customer function, system and component level - Lead root cause analysis - Supporting agile teams / Scrum teams as Scrum master or agile coach - Improving quality assurance methods and when needed developing new methods Required experience: - Long experience of software and electronic hardware development work preferably in the automotive industry - Passion and deep knowledge in quality assurance work and methods - Scrum master and experience from agile development - Pedagogic team player - Analytic and result oriented Merits: - Experience from the domains Infotaiment and/or Active safety Condesign is the consulting company that has made the list of Sweden’s most attractive employers five years in a row.
