KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Help new tenants to sign up and find the perfect property they are looking for to rent. - Get new landlords to sign up to Renthia, hence get more properties on our webpage. - Take initiative and lead our client’s portfolio to increase the quantity and quality. - Coordinate and follow up showings with potential tenants/landlords and Renthia´s showing assistants. - Prepare and sign rental agreements. - Coordinate with other departments: Marketing and Operations in order to manage tasks more effectively. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Have experience working in Telemarketing, Cold calling and or Sales. • You like to work hard and communicate with people. • Has great attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize and multitask. • Organized and self-driven person. • Like to work in a fast-growing company with high energy and tempo. • Flexible and comfortable in a changing, fast-paced environment. • Be a native Swedish and English speaker. • Previous experience in a Startup and/or in Real Estate is a plus. JOB DESCRIPTION Renthia is looking after a focused and proactive person who is able to quickly take responsibility for reaching Renthia´s goals. As a Salesperson, you will reach out and build relationships with our new landlords and tenants on the Swedish Market together with our international team in our HQ, Stockholm. As a person you have to be a communicative person who likes helping others, love sales processed and excited about working in a start-up environment.
