You should have: At least 4 years of experience managing teams of designers A strong understanding of interaction design, visual design and user experience. We want to hire Design Managers that have grown from being designers themselves Experience working with design systems Great ability to articulate and explain your ideas to management, other directors and designers, amongst others A strong eye for grids, visual patterns and pixel perfection Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English You might also have Background in fintech or e-commerce Experience developing design libraries Passionate about motion design and transitions Define and oversee the design strategy of the different products in your domain Define the Design resources, process and setup needed in order to deliver on the strategy Manage a team of Product Designers and Design Leads working within your domain Oversee the work and work closely with your Design Leads and our Design System team to ensure a consistent UI and UX experience across the whole customer journey Shape the design culture in your Domain and at Klarna to ultimately define every interaction customers have with our products and services Klarna is Europe's fastest growing and most exciting financial technologies (FinTech) company.
