About this role
We are looking for a System engineer within Subsea O&G. You are used to deliver high quality concept- and system designs as well as project philosophies. You are familiar with codes/standards and client project specifications and assess them in a cost conscious way. You will be in direct interaction with the end client, system engineering team and the project work packages. You are not only to coordinate the interfaces but you are also able to verify them. Communication to align the organization and contribution in safety- and design reviews is an essential part of your job. You are solution oriented, have a systematic approach and strive for a holistic view of the system and its interfaces. You have excellent communication skills and used to managing client dialogue and interaction. You have a solid engineering background and are preferably an experienced System Engineer. You will be acting as a System Engineer and dependent of your background be responsible of own work and related deliverables to catering for budget, schedule and specification compliance/deviation. The work will foremost be executed from either our clients office in Oslo or our Swedish entity in Gothenburg where regular client visits are foreseen, hence travelling is required.
