• Strong visual skills • Fluent skills in image-editing software, e.g. Photoshop • Broad knowledge and understanding of at least one complementary skill asides of main specialization (UI, Animation, 3D, etc.) • Broad knowledge of visual design elements and principles • Understanding the fundamentals of mobile game art • Can design a project’s visual style and guide team artists in following the given style • Can create and assign detailed tasks for team artists and provides clear instructions how to achieve wanted results • Independently provides concepts of needed game assets for evaluation • Can significantly improve game art or create new art within the visual guidelines • Fluent in English Key visual person within the game project. Leads, guides and influences artists within game team. Designs and completes game visuals from concept to final asset in good quality.
