Align your team’s product’s vision, roadmap and backlog to it Build and maintain relationships from the users up to the owning C-level executive Build and maintain a network with the business, tech and game owners elsewhere ensuring good collaboration between the team and all stakeholders Have a broad overview of King tech beyond what’s used in your product and know what’s going on in King’s game teams Be able to explain and defend the dev team’s choices in architecture and tech Keep an eye on the market; identify products in your space, know the Zen of their offering and how it differs from what we do As the leader for a local technology development team you are responsible for ensuring that your team is set up for success and work in healthy ways to deliver our technical products to a high standard. That means having the right people in the right teams, who understands our vision and roadmap and are motivated to do great work with focus on quality, continuous learning and delivering value to our customers. You will: Actively participate in Site Tech Leadership group, contributing to a continuous development of the local Tech organisation Manage and evolve the development manager and product owner structure across the Site Build and support competent, agile teams that owns the product end-to-end Recruit, coach and help the individuals achieve excellence Lead technical quality initiatives on the Technology Site Take on various administrative tasks as necessary Confidently interact with executive leadership Understand, communicate and own an integrated and enticing vision of the product(s) Understand the strategic owner’s direction & strategy.
